Ortho-K in Myopia Control Recorded webinar

This lecture, presented by Nick Dash, will introduce the concept of myopia control therapy and will use Peer-Reviewed Research to highlight the relative successes and limitations of therapy using Ortho-K contact lenses comparing it to other methods. 

Nick Dash will explain how Ortho-K is thought to control myopia development, the current body of research-based evidence and when is best to fit Ortho-K on children. The presentation will detail lens selection, fitting methodology and ongoing monitoring. Risks and benefits of children wearing lenses overnight will be discussed and strategies for communicating with the patient and their parents/guardians will be explained.
