Getting on the right tract with uveitis
Acute anterior uveitis in the most common presentation of uveitis. It is often complex and may present as part of another disease process.
This course will cover the pathophysiology of anterior uveitis and discuss the typical presenting symptoms. It will also highlight the importance of taking an accurate history, and detail the tests required to determine the underlying cause of the condition.
Four patient cases will be covered, each presenting with a different type of anterior uveitis. For each case, the clinical presentation, diagnosis, referral and management options will be discussed.
